We have a mobile notary public that can help with your legal needs. The following documents can be notarized:

We take the rules and regulations very seriously in the State of Ohio. Here are some basic rules to have a document notarized:

Will only notarize a document if the signer is present and we can verify their identity.
Documents requiring an oath or affirmation MUST be signed in the presence of the notary.
Documents must be ORIGINAL to be notarized.
Will not give legal advice or prepare legal documents, especially related to immigration matters.
Documents presented must be complete with all pages. Nothing can be missing, and all blanks should be filled in (except the signature).
The document date MUST be the same day as the notarization.
The notary must feel assured that THE SIGNER COMPREHENDS the underlying transaction and is PROCEEDING WILLINGLY.

Notary Pricing

We offer in house or mobile notarization. We have a flat fee, with no limitation on pages.

All notary services require an appointment. Same day scheduling is available.
