PictureMe Printing collects different types of information depending on what products you are interested in. If you are browsing our website to purchase products we will collect the following information as it pertains to both your billing information as well as shipping.

• Company Name (if applicable)

• First and Last Name

• Street Address including City, State, and Zip

• Telephone Number

• Payment Information

If you choose to contact us directly, we will collect your Full name, Email Address, Phone Number, and Payment method as well as any additional information that you choose to provide within the inquiry. 

Return Policy

We value your satisfaction! We do stand 100% by the quality of our products. In the event that you are unhappy with the quality of your order, a refund can be issued. Please report any damaged/defective products within 14 days of the receipt of your order to request a refund. 

Print Return

We will return the cost of the print in full with the return of the print. The print must be returned at the customers discretion. 

Frame Return

The frame can be returned. There will be a 25% restocking fee that will be taken out of the refund.

Shipping/ Delivery Return

There is no eligible refund for shipping or delivery charges. 

Business cards

The cost of the business cards are eligible for a full refund. (excludes design fee)
